Return Policy
Return
We accept refunds and exchanges. Always contact MIGO first for return instructions at lovemija@yeah.net before sending any product back to us.Returns Our return policy is 30 days for all new items.Once 30 days from the date of delivery pass, you are not eligible for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It also has to arrive in its original packaging back to us.There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted and are subject to a restocking fee up to 30%: Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or with parts missing for reasons not related to our error.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an e-mail to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Delayed or missing refunds
If you have not received a refund within several days from the date of approval, please check your bank account again.
