 We opened our first retail store in Shenzhen Huaqiangbei, on October 15, 2019. Ever since we started - we have taken an all-in approach to our commitment to service. From pre-sales - taking into account which merchandise fits the current and future market; To sales – ensuring that all our team members are trained to tailor products to our customers’ needs and best interests; To post sales – being one of the industry leaders providing quality after sales support.

At first, we only had a small studio with two staffs. As our business grew, we began to sell the products we represented on e-commerce platforms such as Aliexpress, Tmail, Taobao, Temu, Miravia, Lazada, etc. Our team is gradually expanding to 10 staffs, and currently we will continue to work hard to provide better service and products to more customers in MIGO stores.
