Return Policy
Return
We accept refunds and exchanges. Always contact MIGO first for return instructions at lovemija@yeah.net before sending any product back to us.Returns Our return policy is 30 days for all new items.Once 30 days from the date of delivery pass, you are not eligible for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It also has to arrive in its original packaging back to us.There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted and are subject to a restocking fee up to 30%: Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or with parts missing for reasons not related to our error.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an e-mail to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Once approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within several business days.
Delayed or missing refunds
If you have not received a refund within several days from the date of approval, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. That might be due to extended processing time on their side. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective product for the same item, please send us an e-mail to lovemija@yeah.net so we can initiate a replacement for you.

- [Zone Positioning] The Aqara Presence Sensor FP2 (2.4GHz Wi-Fi REQUIRED) offers significant advantages over PIR infrared motion sensors by using a single radar sensor to monitor rooms of up to 40 m² (430 sq ft). You can also divide it into up to 30 zones, such as sofa, bed or desktop, etc. and set up individual automations for each zone. It is like having several PIR sensors at the same time with one Presence Sensor FP2. Please note: the FP2 is a WIRED sensor that should be constantly powered.
- [Multi-Person & Fall Detection] The FP2 can simultaneously detect up to 5 people and trigger different scenarios and automation. Moreover, you can mount the FP2 on the ceiling and choose the Falling Detection Mode, which will detect and alert you through the app if someone falls.
