Return Policy
Return
We accept refunds and exchanges. Always contact MIGO first for return instructions at lovemija@yeah.net before sending any product back to us.Returns Our return policy is 30 days for all new items.Once 30 days from the date of delivery pass, you are not eligible for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It also has to arrive in its original packaging back to us.There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted and are subject to a restocking fee up to 30%: Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or with parts missing for reasons not related to our error.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an e-mail to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Once approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within several business days.
Delayed or missing refunds
If you have not received a refund within several days from the date of approval, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. That might be due to extended processing time on their side. Once you complete all of the steps above and still have not received your refund, please contact us at lovemija@yeah.net so we can assist you.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective product for the same item, please send us an e-mail to lovemija@yeah.net so we can initiate a replacement for you.

Meanwhile, as a sensor based on the Thread protocol, the P2 provides enhanced connectivity, low-power consumption, more stability and low latency.
- [Open/Closed Status Monitoring] With a built-in high-precision Hall sensor, the Aqara Door and Window Sensor P2 can detect the opening and closing status of doors, windows, and drawers precisely. Once the sensor is triggered, it will send real-time alert notifications to your smartphone whether you're at home or away, ensuring you're always aware of any potential security concerns. (*Note: the functionality such as automation conditions may vary throughout the different ecosystems.)
- [Local Home Automations] You can integrate the Door and Window Sensor P2 with your smart home ecosystem to enable advanced automations like adjusting thermostat settings or activating security cameras when a door or window is opened. Moreover, the automations are executed without the cloud, which can protect the user’s privacy and will keep working even if there is no internet connection.
- [Voice Alerts and Status Notifications] The Aqara Door and Window Sensor P2 supports Apple Siri, Alexa, and Google Assistant. With these voice assistants, you can receive alerts about events such as door entries, or ask whether a door is open, allowing you to effortlessly monitor your home.
- [Matter Compatibility] A Matter Controller & Thread Border Router 2-in-1 is required to enjoy seamless integration with a Matter-enabled smart home ecosystem. Currently, the following hubs are tested, but new hubs will be added over time.
